DRU CLAUDIA WICKER

Dru knows firsthand the importance of family.  She grew up in a very large family and feels passionate about keeping and bringing families together with positive immigration results for her clients.

Since 2005, Dru has practiced primarily in Immigration Law and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  She represents clients in all areas of Immigration, including Removal and Deportation, Family Immigrant Petitions, Hardship Waivers and Citizenship and Naturalization. 

Dru is licensed to practice in The Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.  and admitted and qualified to practice in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.                       

As an Adjunct Professor in the Legal Studies program at Tidewater Community College, Dru teaches Immigration Law, Legal Research, Contracts and the Legal Aspects of Business Organizations.

Dru received her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, VA and her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento.  She received a Merit Scholarship from Regent University School of Law and, during her undergraduate studies, the Ewing C. Kelley Broadcasting Scholarship from KCRA television in Sacramento, California.

During law school, Dru served as an intern with the Eastern Virginia Legal Aide Society of Norfolk, Virginia, and with Refugee and Immigration Services of Hampton, Virginia.
